NO KINGS DAY

MARCH 28TH

A day of action to defend democracy and constitutional rights for all

What is No Kings Day?

No Kings Day is a national day of action on March 28th that affirms our commitment to democracy and the principle that no one is above the law. This movement celebrates the constitutional checks and balances that protect us from tyranny and authoritarian rule.

Join communities across the nation in standing up for accountability, the rule of law, and the democratic values that unite us. Together, we reject the concentration of unchecked power and reaffirm that in America, we have no kings.

No Kings Day principles

Core Principles

Accountability

No one is above the law. Every person, regardless of position or power, must be held accountable to the same standards.

Democracy

We defend democratic institutions and the separation of powers that prevent the abuse of authority.

Equal Justice

The law must apply equally to all. We reject systems that create different rules for the powerful and the powerless.
